Shipping Times

  • Regular (1-2 Days): Ground Shipment. This is by far the most economical shipping method of choice. This is not a guaranteed next day service
  • Ireland (3 Days): Ground Shipment, will arrive in 3 business days. The day your order ships, is not counted as one of the days. Therefore, if you order on Monday this order would arrive on Thursday.
  • International (4days+): Once your order is picked the courier is contacted to get a price for the shipping as this differs with each order depending on the volumetric weight of the box/ boxes. NB International orders carry a £150 minimum order requirement.
  • Hold for Pickup: You can pick up your order at our warehouse, or arrange for a freight forwarder.

Typically, ground shipments (UK Mainland) are £11.50 + VAT for one box / package. Orders for more than one box / package will be charged at £10 + VAT each.

All of the above shipping prices & delivery times are excluding display stands, display fixtures and machines etc – please enquire for this shipping cost.

Typically we can get 56 x 16″ skins in a box or about 90 x 16″ outfits.

We are able to offer the most competitive shipping cost, as our warehouse does an incredible volume with DPD, TNT/FEDEX & Parcelforce . These Distribution Cost savings are passed on to you, our valued customers, regardless of your location!

Important Note: Always keep extra fibrefill on hand, hidden, as an emergency supply. Sending Fibre Express or Overnight is very, very costly. If you run out, your business will be non-functional, so always keep a box hidden away for a rainy day!)

Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may exchange or return defective products or product delivered differently than the one ordered within 14 days of the receipt of such goods. All items need to be in their original packaging & without signs of damage while playing.
Snuggle Pal offers customers the option of a free exchange providing the item is priced the same or less than the one originally purchased on your order.
Products need to be returned within 14 days upon your notification of such return either in person or sent to the following address Snuggle Pal, 19 Loring Road, Dunstable, Bedfordshire. LU6 1DZ.
In case of returned product a new product will be delivered in exchange of the defective product or wrong product received. Refunds are not applicable for returned products with the exception of unavailability of the returned product in stock. In which case a refund will be offered after reviewing the validity of the return.
Customers can cancel an order within 3 days of placing such an order.
Orders once delivered or out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
It is not possible to cancel an online order without contacting one of our wonderful customer service representatives. Refunds will be made on orders cancelled once such cancellation is confirmed by means of an email communication.
Card and EFT refunds online – Please note that each banking institution has a different lead time on refunds. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
